Online purchases are eligible for store credit only IF returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale; also items purchased during a sale or with a discount sale are final sale!
Other items that are final sale include; accessories, bathing suits, and graphic tees.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Damaged items must be reported within TWO days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on return items.
